About Me

I live in a rural community north of Baltimore and love to watch the backyard wildlife. Nuthatches, dark-eyed juncos, cardinals, goldfinches, tufted titmice, woodpeckers and mourning doves frequent the feeders in the winter. White-tailed deer cross each day, fox kittens play while mom watches in late spring, and groundhogs hang out in the summer. Along with turtles, toads, snakes and hawks, they provide quite a nature show.

I love puzzles, fuzzy socks, and my Kindle. I avoid soft drinks, video games and yard work. I spend far too much time in my minivan, not near enough time with friends or doing housework, and more and more time each month on writing. I enjoy learning, reading and trying new things.
